2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or through our website.
- Payment details are required to secure your booking.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are provided during booking and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Service Delivery
- We aim to provide services as scheduled. In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel with prior notice.
- Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Client Obligations
- Ensure the property is safe for our staff.
- Inform us in advance of any specific cleaning requirements or hazards.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
7. Liability
- While we take utmost care, PAM CLEANING LIMITED is not liable for pre-existing damages or loss of items not secured.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Complaints and Disputes
- Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will investigate and work to resolve any disputes promptly.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these Terms & Conditions or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
